Roster: Complete Heat Cards for each event at the Meet. Submit names of individuals for each event to the meet recorder at 5 PM check-in at the pool. Changes, additions, or deletions may be made at any time up until final call for an event.
Projected Order of Events: 1) 50 yd. freestyle 2) 25 yd. butterfly 3) 100 yd. IM
(25 yd. butterfly, back, breast, free style in this order) 4) 50 yd. backstroke 5) 50 yd. breast stroke 6) 200 yd. free style relay (4x50)
Women's heats followed by men's for each event.
Rules: 1. Individuals may enter a maximum of four (4) individual events (only three [3] of which can be traditional swim meet events), plus the two (2) relays.
2. Teams may enter a maximum of two swimmers per individual event and one team per relay.
3. All starts will be in-water starts.
4. Appropriate swim wear is required for all participants.
5. Proper stroke must be used in all events and swimmer may not touch the bottom or disqualification will result.
