Employees will need to:

  • log onto our website at www.theallengroup.com
  • Click on Legal Access services
  • contact Human Resources for username and password 386-822-8710

For an article that explains what a life care plan is:

  • click on "Family Health Legal Library" from the top right section of the webpage
  • click on "Considering a Life Care Plan", under Sections Available in Family Health Legal Library

For a Living Will form (as a pdf file):

  • click on "Legal Document Library" from the right side of the webpage
  • select "Living Will" at the top of the list under Legal Documents available in PDF
