- File Intent to Enroll Form and Pay Deposit
This tells us you’ve accepted our invitation and will be here this fall. Deposit early because housing preferences are honored based on receipt date.
- Submit FAFSA and Stetson Financial AID Forms
After you fill out the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and other forms, we can develop a financial aid package for you.
- Visit Campus and Sit In On a Class
This is the best way to fully experience college life from the inside. You can schedule a visit tailored to meet your needs. Stay for a day or stay overnight.
- Submit Personal Data and Advising Form
The information you submit will help your Entry Specialist assist you in selecting and registering for classes.
- Submit Health History Form
Every student must provide a completed online Health History Form.
- Print and Fill Out Immunization Form
Florida law requires that we obtain health and vaccination records from students prior to attendance. Please print this form and have your doctor fill it out completely and mail/fax it to Student Health Service.
- Submit Housing Forms
These forms tell us what your on-campus housing preferences are, and what kind of meal plan you choose.
- Sign up for a Meal Plan
This form tells us what kind of meal plan you would like. Freshmen may choose either the 15 meal plan or 19 meal plan.
- Pay Bill or Arrange a Payment Plan
The “Bursar –Student Account” section of the Finance Office’s Directory webpage provides information and the forms you need.
- Arrive for FOCUS Orientation
FOCUS stands for Friends On Campus United Students. It’s a program designed to help you meet new friends and ease into college life.
