This checklist will help you navigate the process of becoming a Stetson student as easily and quickly as possible. As always, if you have questions, contact your admission representative.
- File Intent to Enroll Form and Pay Deposit
This form tells us you’ve accepted our invitation and you plan on attending Stetson. We encourage you to deposit early because housing preferences and aid are honored based upon receipt of the deposit.
- Visit Campus and Sit In On a Class
Experience college life from the inside. Schedule a visit tailored to meet your needs. Stay for the day or stay overnight.
- Visit your VIP Page
Visit your VIP page for customized information about Stetson academics, events and campus life. This is your opportunity to interact with Stetson and let us know what specifically you want to know about Stetson.
- Submit FAFSA and Stetson Financial AID Forms
After you fill out the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and other forms, we can develop a financial aid package for you.
- Visit my.stetson.edu
Visit this site to accept your financial aid award or to view any outstanding financial aid requirements. Please enter your Stetson Identification Number (800#) and Personal Identification Number (six digit birthday) to login.
- Submit Health History Form
Florida law requires that we obtain health and vaccination records from students prior to attendance. Students can view online what information is required of them.
- Print and Fill Out Immunization Form
Stetson University requires vaccination records from students prior to attendance. Please print this form and have your doctor fill it out completely and mail/fax it to Student Health Service.
- Submit Personal Data and Advising Form
The Academic Advising form is the first step in developing your first class schedule.
- Complete the "First Year Success Tutorials"
The tutorials will show you how to select and register for classes. You must complete them to register for classes.
- Submit Housing Forms
Planning to live on campus? Explore all of your options for your first year here, including pet-friendly housing. You will need your Stetson email and password in order to access the housing forms.
- Sign up for a Meal Plan
This form tells us what kind of meal plan you would like. Freshmen may choose either the 15 meal plan or 19 meal plan.
- Create your Stetson ID
Submit your photo for your Stetson ID card and have it ready for you by orientation!
- Pay Bill or Arrange a Payment Plan
Don't be caught off gaurd when you arrive on campus. Go online and get the forms you need before getting here.
- Arrive for FOCUS Orientation
You've made it! Let the fun (and learning) begin. It's time to meet new friends and begin your college life at Stetson.
