Hatter Saturday is THE event for accepted students
Hatter Saturday is scheduled for April 13, 2013. Hatter Saturday is THE event for accepted students and is the beginning of your experience as a Stetson University student. Hatter Saturday is a full day of fun and learning, and both students and parents are encouraged to attend.
Students will:
- Participate in a community-engaged learning activity
- Learn more about your intended major
- Tour various residence halls and speak with the Office of Residential Life
- Set up their Stetson email account and obtain their Stetson photo I.D.
- Make at least 10 new friends
Parents will:
- Enjoy a reception at the president's house
- Get the SPA treatment: an introduction to the Stetson Parents Association
- Meet Financial Aid staff and learn how to make Stetson more affordable
- Learn about community engagement and Stetson values
- Receive tips on how to help your student have a successful first-year experience
