Digital Arts Committee


This Committee consists of Members of the Faculty from the Department of Art, the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, and from the School of Music. Student representatives are also invited to serve.


  1. To provide guidance to the Dean of Arts and Sciences, the Dean of Music, and the coordinators of the academic program (Art, Music, and Computer Science).
  2. To sponsor co-curricular activities in support of these programs (such as gallery showings, student video competitions, concerts, visiting lecturers and artists).
  3. To work collegially with the Center for Information Technology on providing the technological infrastructure.
  4. To work with the Development Office and available sources of funding, notably the Renaissance Fund, in assuring the long-term support of innovation and excellence in the Digital Arts.
