The Faculty Professional Development Opportunities handbook is published annually in September by the Office of Academic Affairs and provides information on faculty grants, sabbaticals and funding opportunities as well as criteria for the William Hugh McEniry Award and the Hand Awards for Distinguished Faculty Achievements.

A master calendar of 2008-2009 deadlines for most of these opportunities is provided here for your convenience.  

The annual faculty workshop on summer grants and sabbaticals will be held on Thursday, September 11, at 4:00 p.m. in LBC213. Faculty who are interested in applying for a 2009 Summer Grant and/or a 2009-2010 Sabbatical are encouraged to attend.
