TWO SCIENTOLOGY ORGANIZATIONS ADDED TO REGISTER OF UNDESIRABLE ORGANIZATIONS IN R.F.
Interfax-Religiia, 1 October 2021
The Russian Ministry of Justice entered into the register of undesirables the American Scientology organizations "L. Ron Hubbard Library" and "WISE [World Institute of Scientology Enterprises]," whose activity had earlier been recognized by the office of the prosecutor general as threatening the security of the Russian Federation.
The list of foreign organizations that are undesirable in the R.F. was updated on the website of the Ministry of Justice on Friday.
On 24 September, Interfax was told in the office of the Russian prosecutor general about the decision to recognize as undesirable on the territory of the R.F. the activity of the nongovernmental organizations from the U.S.A. World Institute of Scientology Enterprises International and the Church of Spiritual Technology, which also uses the name "L. Ron Hubbard Library."
According to information of the agency, the activity of both religious corporations presents a threat to the security of the R.F. (tr. by PDS, posted 1 October 2021)
