DATE SET FOR SESSION OF SYNOD OF ECUMENICAL PATRIARCHATE
The next session of the Holy Synod of the ecumenical patriarchate will be held on 9-11 October. This was reported by Ukrinform, citing its own sources.
"The next session of the Holy Synod of the ecumenical patriarchate will be held on the previously confirmed dates, that is, 9-11 October," the news agency's source said.
Ukrinform reported that earlier, in an interview, the press secretary of the UPTsKP, Vladyka Evstraty, stated the same date for the next session of the synod of the ecumenical patriarchate.
At the time he said that at the synod the report of the exarchs of Constantinople, who have been visiting in Kiev up until now, will be considered. (tr. by PDS, posted 5 October 2018)
