BN 301 Interviewee Ranking Form

Due April 4

Please rank the candidates who interviewed with your group/company. Rank your interviewees, based on their interview performance, according to which one(s) you would hire. The interviewee that is your group's first choice to hire should be ranked #1. Of those your group would consider hiring, the interviewee your group feels is its last choice to be hired would receive the highest number (depending on number of candidates your group interviewed). Any interviewee whom your group feels definitely would NOT be hired should receive a ranking of Would Not Hire. For example, say your group interviews 8 candidates, one of whom you feel would not be hired. The interviewee who is your group's first choice to be hired would be ranked #1; the interviewee who is your group's last choice to be hired would be ranked #7, and the interviewee your group would not hire at all would receive a ranking of Would Not Hire.

IMPORTANT: In the box at the bottom of the form for "Any additional comments. . . " your group MUST submit a short paragraph about the overall performance of EACH candidate. These comments will mostly concern interview performance, but if resumes/cover letters were important factors in your overall hiring decision, please comment on these, too. These comments will be useful to the candidates so they know the areas in which they need to improve. Think of how much such comments would be helpful to YOU and pprovide constructive, helpful comments accordingly.
